Rosemary is well-known for its culinary use and the herbaceous flavor it imparts.  Its Latin genus, Rosmarinus, means “dew of the sea” because of its natural habitat near the Mediterranean Sea.  The herb has a warm, refreshing, camphor-like aroma with woodsy-balsamic undertones.  For centuries, rosemary leaves were burned to purify the air and were used medicinally to offer respiratory support* and promote increased circulation to tired muscles.*  Rosemary can be used to help boost mental focus* and acuity*, and offers several skin and hair care benefits.*

• Diffuse rosemary during illness for immune support.*
• Inhale rosemary for respiratory support.*
• Add a few drops of rosemary to maintain a healthy scalp and radiant hair.*
