Hermits’ Cupboard, Ltd. Purchasing & Shipping Policy (JULY 2020)
Orders cannot be modified after they are submitted.
Orders that have not had a shipping label printed may be canceled and refunded in full. Orders that have had a shipping label printed cannot be canceled.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is submitted. Invalid addresses will be confirmed and corrected with the order originator before an order is shipped.
Parcels are shipped via USPS First-Class and USPS Priority Mail only. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of merchandise with shipping packaging. We ship to the contiguous United States only. Parcels will be dispatched to USPS within 36 hours of receiving an order. We have no control over USPS delivery timeliness or delays. We are not liable for USPS shipping failures. We are not liable for parcels that are indicated “delivered” by USPS but were not received by the customer.
We do not ship next-day, over-night or USPS Express. We do not ship on Sunday’s and USPS Holidays. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
Non-herbal products – If for any reason, your purchase did not meet your expectations, you can return the product for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges and return shipping are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Products returned that are not in original or new condition will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Herbal products – Contact us with a detailed explanation of why you are dissatisfied with your herbal product within 5 days of receiving your order. We may arrange an exchange or refund. Product exchanges will be shipped or refunds will be issued after the herb is received by us. Original shipping charges and return shipping are non-refundable. Prior to shipping your return, please contact us to help you expedite the return process.
!!-We do not exchange or refund herbal products due to failure of but not limited to: metaphysical outcomes; preparation, formulation or extraction.-!!
Returns shipped via USPS will be sent to our PO Box. You will be provided a street address if you notify us that you are shipping your return with a carrier other than USPS.
Cancelled orders – Refund will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation.
Returns – Refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products returned that are not in original or new condition will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds should post on your account within 14-30 business days. If it does not, please contact us.
We reserve the right to replace, refund, or take no action if an item is damaged in shipping. If you suspect damage during shipping contact us immediately to file a shipping claim. Please photograph all damaged items thoroughly and save all shipped materials. We will supply you with an email address to send your images. Once your claim has been started, we will send replacement products to you at no additional charge. Please note that we request damage claims be filed within 24-48 hours of the delivered shipment. We are glad you chose to do business with us and want to be responsible to all of our customers. There are those who commit mail-order fraud and we have to protect your price of goods and ourselves from them.
We do not sell wholesale.

This Purchasing & Shipping Policy may be updated at any time without notice. You are strongly advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the effective date on the Purchasing & Shipping Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
