What is Holistic Life Coaching?

Holistic Life Coaching is mindfully approaching opportunities or obstacles with an intent to maintain or restore your balance between mind, body, and spirit. We refer to this as the body axis or axis corpus. This also relates to the head center (mind), heart center (spirit), and body center (um, body).

You may find it helpful to have a Natal Chart Reading or Enneagram Type Discovery session before coaching. These tools help you to know and understand your innate energies and personality. Life is easier to navigate when you know yourself.

What will we discuss?

We check-in and bring awareness to the body centers as it relates to life experiences. We will explore what feedback your mind, body and spirit are providing? Now that you recognize what condition your axis corpus is in, you can begin to bring experiences into perspective. Where do you need to apply a little more self love? What are you holding on to that isn’t beneficial any more? What tools do you have to really shine through this?

What is your responsibility?

Show up to the appointment on-time. The appointment time does not get extended because of tardiness.
Please call or email us if you need to change your appointment time.
Take some time to meditate or reflect before your appointment.
Approach the appointment with an open mind and spirit.

You should not schedule a Holistic Life Coaching session with us if:
1) You are under 18 years of age.
2) You are homophobic or racists.
3) Believe you have an undiagnosed mental health issue.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment over 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. Let me explain why. I already cast your chart, made notes and analysis; which takes time and I bill based on time. This is my income and I want to discourage cancelations. I respect your livelihood, please respect mine. There are no refunds for cancelations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. There are no refunds if you missed your appointment. Your satisfaction and feedback are important; however, there are no refunds because you didn’t like the explanation of the chart.
